Chicago-based Juli Wood is an accomplished alto, tenor, and baritone saxophonist who loves to sing! This show is one of a few joyous musical reunions with fellow-Chicagoan Mike Kocour, aided and abetted by swinging bandmates Libman and Moio.

This concert celebrates the unique relationship between American jazz and Japanese culture. It features four extraordinary Japanese ladies of jazz in performance with Lewis Nash, with whom they have played many times in New York City.
