Drummer, composer and recording artist Glenn Davis was a fixture at Cleveland’s premier jazz club, Night Town, for more than a decade playing with artists such as Phil Woods, Benny Golson, Houston Person, Eric Alexander, Harold Mabern and more. This show features Davis leading an All-Star Phoenix quintet in a program of Hard Swinging Post-Bop featuring the music of the great Jazz quintets, original tunes and more. This show really swings!
These “OMT” shows will be streamed on Facebook in their entirety (minus the intermission) so that you can enjoy them along with others (virtually, of course) as if you were in the audience.
