Anyone who has lived in the Southwest recently will recognize the names in this stellar line-up of musicians! These heavyweight players have decided to take a break from their own projects and get together to play some “jazzgrass”. This evening will include the music of Duke Ellington, some old swing standards, a touch of Western swing, some gypsy jazz and several of Billy’s originals – all performed in the spirit of David Grisman’s dawg music. This will be a fun night of upbeat acoustic jazz.
