The Mike Vax Sextet will be performing a very special concert at the Nash on Sunday, November 16th (rescheduled from June 22nd). This concert will be live-filmed by internationally known producer Mary Apick, who was the driving force behind “Jewel of the Desert” about the Desert Brass Band, here in Sun City. That film has already won nine international film festivals.
The band will be performing jazz classics, original music by band members, and some favorite tunes from the Great American Song Book. Look for some other musical surprises as well.
