Health and Safety Protocols for The Nash Under the Stars
Capacity and size of parties will be limited. Seating configuration will start with the first row being more than 20 feet from the stage and guests in 8 foot seating circles distanced 8 feet apart.
Total seating capacity will be limited to 50 people

For parties of more than two, please purchase adjacent tickets and we will combine two seating circles to accommodate. We will not seat groups of more than four.
Staff, volunteers and guests must wear masks fully covering their nose and mouth and maintain adequate social distancing throughout the venue unless seated and socially distanced.
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the Garden.
The facility will have appropriate signage regarding health and safety practices, including wearing a mask, social distancing and encouraging frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizer.
The areas near the admission gate, the bathrooms and the bar will be marked with appropriate 6-foot social distancing designations.
Staff, musicians, volunteers and ticket holders should stay home If you have tested positive for or are showing Covid-19 symptoms or have been in close contact with a person with symptoms of, or diagnosed with Covid-19 within the past 14 days or if you are not feeling well.
Staff, musicians and volunteers exhibiting symptoms will be asked to return home. We will check the temperature of our staff, volunteers and musicians upon their arrival at the venue.
Musicians must wear a mask when not performing and moving throughout the venue or when unable to maintain at least 6-feet of social distance.
Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be asked to return home.

The tables, chairs, stage and bathrooms will be sanitized using an electrostatic spray sanitizer after each performance.
A commercial cleaning company will deep clean the bathrooms with a disinfectant cleaner weekly.
Bathrooms and other high contact areas will be wiped down during performances using a hospital grade disinfectant and microfiber cloths.
Touchless payment methods will be available at the bar.
Shows will be limited to 75 minutes without intermission.
There will be at least 60 minutes between shows during which the tables, chairs, stage and bathrooms will be cleaned with an electrostatic sprayer.
By purchasing a ticket for a show hosted by the Nash as the Jewish Heritage Garden, you understand and expressly acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. In attending the event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge Jazz in Arizona, Inc., dba The Nash.; the host venue; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers from any and all liability under any theory, whether in negligence or otherwise, for any illness or injury.
