The Legacy Circle honors those who include The Nash in their estate plans. As a member, you’ll be invited to special gatherings, acknowledged at select events and in Nash materials, and—most importantly—you’ll set an example that inspires others to follow your lead. (You may also choose to remain anonymous.)

Ways to Give a Lasting Gift
Charitable Bequests
Including The Nash in your will or trust is a simple way to ensure jazz endures. Bequests may be:
• Residual: A percentage of what remains after specific gifts to loved ones.
• Specific: A defined dollar amount or asset.
• Contingent: A gift made only if other beneficiaries cannot inherit.

Donor Advised Funds (DAFs)
A Donor Advised Fund is an easy, tax-efficient way to direct support to The Nash. Through the DAF Direct widget below, clients of Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, and BNY Mellon can easily make a designation to Jazz in Arizona, Inc.

Using The DAF Direct Widget
- Select the DAF organization from the "Donate now form" drop-down menu
- Designate: Jazz in Arizona, Inc.
- Enter the amount you would like to donate in the “Amount” field
- Click “NEXT” to proceed to your DAF provider’s website to complete your gift
Gifts of Stocks or Securities
Appreciated securities can be a strategic way to give, offering potential tax advantages while supporting The Nash. Please notify us of your intent by emailing:
