Every generation needed to subvert the dominant paradigm. Over 2 sets, you will experience some of the genre’s greatest hits, from the dance craze of the roaring 20s through Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, Basie and the Swing Era. The concert will also include classics of BeBop, Brubeck, Trane and beyond with a band of some of Arizona’s top players, including Louise Baranger, Beth Lederman and more. Don’t miss it.
