Australian-born vocalist/composer Biddy Healey presents Brazilian-inspired contemporary jazz, with nods to Jobim, Bjork, and the Great American Songbook. This is the world premier of Healey‘s new project for 9-piece band – with strings, horns, and rhythm section – which she will be recording in New York this summer with an all-star ensemble that includes some of New York’s finest jazz musicians. The Nash premier features many of Phoenix’s most exciting musical voices.
