Kristin Korb is a stellar bassist in the tradition of her mentor, Ray Brown, who introduced Kristin to the world on a Ray Brown Trio CD released in 1996. In addition to her hard-swinging bass chops, Kristin is a remarkable vocalist with a crystalline voice and adventurous style. Putting together her bass and vocal skills simultaneously results in an amazing display of engaging talent and joy for her audiences, which is further enhanced by the diversity of her repertoire and unique arrangements.
