This Tucson-based group has performed regularly at Pastiche, a local restaurant that was named to the list of Great Jazz Venues in Downbeat Magazine.
Pete Swan, drummer, producer and educator with a long list of performing credits backing up a wide range of jazz and other artists.
World-class saxophonist Brice Winston is a long time collaborator with Terrence Blanchard, and has performed at major performance worldwide.
Angelo Versace, pianist, is the head of the University of Arizona Jazz Department, and received his Doctorate from the University of Miami.
Scott Black, bassist, has a long career on bass performing in Chicago and New York and now in Tucson. Brice and Scott are co-founders of the Tucson Jazz Institute. “The Nash environment brings out the best in us and we are delighted to be back where we recorded our cd, “ Live at the Nash” in 2019.”
