Longtime Phoenix bassist Jack Radavich spent time with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra and, in the process, made some lifelong connections with New York City area musicians. Fortunately for us, these old friends occasionally make it to Arizona to play some music! Jack Radavich presents saxophonist Jerry Weldon, along with Emmy award winning pianist Nick Manson and the electrifying Los Angeles-based Dick Weller on drums, in a Sunday matinee performance that is sure to be smokin’!

Internationally renowned veteran sax man Jerry Weldon, has been a player on the jazz scene for more than 35 years. With eight CD’s as a leader and more sideman sides than even he can count…or remember, this native New Yorker’s performance/recording résumé reflects his venerable tenor tenure and reads like a virtual “Who’s Who of Jazz.”
