“Mood Indigo – A Tribute to jazz great Duke Ellington”

This new group – Trillium, features Mary Petrich on sax, Beth Lederman on piano and Louise Baranger on trumpet, with Vincent Thiefain on bass and Chase Ellison on drums. These “sophisticated ladies” explore the music of one of the most iconic jazz composers the world has ever known.  Grounded in Ellington’s classic repertoire like Caravan and Do Nothin’ Til You Hear From Me, Trillium also explores some of the more obscure but beautiful  Ellington compositions such as  Amad and African Flower.
