Photography & Videography

Guests

Policies will be based on the artists’ allowances/prohibitions for each individual performance. If the artists permit photography and/or videography, the following will be enforced:

    • No flash or lighted photography or videography is permitted under any circumstances. You may take photographs during the first 15 minutes of the performance.
    • You may record only short video clips of no more than 20 seconds and only during the first 15 minutes of the performance.
    • You may not move about the venue or block the view of other guests when taking photos or recording short video clips.
    • All electronic devices must be set to silent or turned off. Please silence any apps on your phone that warn you of weather alerts or other emergency alerts.

Professional Photographers/Videographers

The final decisions regarding photographs or videography are made by the artists. With their approval to photograph or video, all photographs and videos must be finished within the first 15 minutes of the performance.

    • Photographers/videographers cannot block the view of the audience.
    • Photographers/videographers must stand either on the sides of the theater or in the back or be seated in a seat for which they purchased a ticket.
    • Because professional photographers/videographers are coming into our house, we require them to share their pictures and/or videos. Usually, the artists make the same requirement of us, so you should be prepared to share both with The Nash and also with the artists. We ask that you send 4-5 high res selects from your shoot within 24 hours of the event along with photo ids and photography credit to laura@audiencemagnets.com.

    • Photographers/videographers cannot block the view of the audience.
    • Photographers/videographers must stand either on the sides of the theater or in the back.
    • No flash or lighting can be used in any photographs or videos.
